My first time on a snowboard was like…Surfing crossed with Downhill Skating, crossed with rock and grass dodging and a freezer.

What set-up do you ride: Salomon Malamute boots, Burton Cartel Bindings and a Burton Jeremy Jones board

Favourite park feature: The Spine in the Afriski Park

Default trick: Half Cab or Nose Slide

Trick you aspire to pull off: 180 on a rail or a simple Back side 360

Sickest trick you ever pulled off by mistake, explain: 360 spin on a box, was going for my first ever front side Board slide and ended up spinning all the way around

Where is your favourite place to ride: Afriski Park on a sunny winters day, Freeriding in France or lapping the Buttermilk Park

What is your highest competitive snowboarding achievement? Bronze medal in the South African division (4th overall) in the Big Air at Quicksnow 06
