Perfectly suited for weekend and midweek snowboard trips. The resort is an easy four hour drive from Johannesburg, six hours from Durban, two hours from Bloem and about nine hours from Cape Town. Most importantly you need a valid South African passport, no visa is required. This year Afriski hosts The Park Opening on the 15th of June and The Kings Cup (Lesotho champs) from the 4th -6th of july. Every weekend there will be representatives from snowboarder.co.za assisting in the park
